These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the Italia Ízei online store operated by Mercato Fortunato Kft., as well as all purchases made through the online store.

The Company’s principal business activity is the retail sale of food products. Its registered activities also include mail-order and online retail trading.
2. Scope of the Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions apply to the ordering of products available in the online store, the purchasing process, payment, delivery, the exercise of the right of withdrawal, and the rights and obligations of both customers and the Service Provider.
By using the online store or placing an order, the customer accepts these Terms and Conditions.
The Service Provider reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions unilaterally. Any amendments become effective upon publication on the website and shall not affect orders already placed.
3. Products Available in the Online Store
The online store primarily offers Italian food products, ingredients, beverages, confectionery, pasta, sauces, spices, gift boxes, and related products.
Images displayed alongside products are for illustration purposes only. The actual packaging, appearance or manufacturer’s labelling may differ from the images shown on the website. The essential characteristics of each product are described on the relevant product page.
For food products, customers are responsible for checking the information provided on the product packaging before consumption, particularly ingredients, allergens, best-before dates and storage instructions.
4. Ordering Process
Customers select the products they wish to purchase and add them to their shopping cart by clicking the “Add to Cart” button.
Before completing the order, customers may review and modify the contents of their cart. They must then provide their billing and delivery details, select their preferred delivery and payment methods, and confirm their order.
Placing an order creates a payment obligation.
After the order has been submitted, the customer will receive an automatic confirmation email acknowledging receipt of the order. This email confirms that the order has been received. The sales contract is concluded when the Service Provider confirms the order.
5. Prices and Payment
All prices displayed in the online store are shown in Hungarian Forints (HUF). Prices include Value Added Tax (VAT), unless otherwise stated on the website.
Product prices do not include delivery charges. Delivery costs are displayed in the shopping cart or during checkout.
