Shipping and Payment Information
Orders placed through the online store are delivered to the shipping address provided by the customer. Before completing an order, customers can always review the product prices, selected delivery method, payment method and the total amount payable in the shopping cart and during checkout.
Payment Methods
The following payment methods are available in the online store.
Bank Transfer
If bank transfer is selected, payment must be made using the details provided in the order confirmation email.

Orders are processed and dispatched only after the payment has been received in our bank account.
Online Card Payment
Where available, customers may pay securely online by credit or debit card during the checkout process.
The system will confirm whether the payment has been completed successfully. If the payment is unsuccessful, order processing will not begin, or the Service Provider may contact the customer to arrange an alternative payment method.
Cash on Delivery
If Cash on Delivery (COD) is selected, payment is made upon receipt of the parcel.
Payment may be made by cash or card, depending on the services offered by the courier company.
When selecting Cash on Delivery, please provide a delivery address where the parcel can be received and paid for during business hours.
Delivery Method
Orders are delivered by a courier service to the address provided by the customer.
The previous online store used MPL Courier Service for deliveries. The delivery methods currently available are displayed during the checkout process.
Parcels are delivered on business days. Please provide a delivery address where you or another authorised recipient will be available to receive the parcel.
Shipping Fees
Shipping costs depend on the selected delivery and payment methods.
The exact shipping fee is always displayed in the shopping cart or during checkout before the order is confirmed.
According to the previous pricing structure:
- Home delivery with bank transfer or online card payment: HUF 2,990
- Home delivery with Cash on Delivery: HUF 3,490
The current shipping charges are always shown on the checkout page.
Delivery Times
For products that are in stock, the estimated delivery time is generally 2–3 business days.
If a product is temporarily out of stock, delivery may take longer. In such cases, the Service Provider will contact the customer to discuss the expected delivery time or possible changes to the order.
Receiving Your Order
Please inspect your parcel upon delivery whenever possible.
If the packaging appears damaged, ask the courier to prepare a damage report before accepting the parcel.
If the parcel is damaged, incomplete or appears to have been opened, we recommend reporting the issue immediately to the courier and notifying the Service Provider as soon as possible.
Please note that claims submitted without an official damage report may be more difficult to verify.
Uncollected Parcels
Please place an order only if you are able to receive the parcel.
If a parcel is returned because it was not collected, the customer may be responsible for the shipping and return shipping costs.
A returned parcel will only be resent after prior agreement and, where applicable, after payment of the order value and the additional shipping costs.
